Mobilization of KU-Band Satcom for A Client’s Vessel

Nothing beats the feeling of seeing another successful installation of KU-Band satcom for another valued client.

When an esteemed client sought to establish and enhance their vessel’s connectivity with KU-Band, our technical team is always ready and well-prepared to deploy the system. This mobilization serves the core objective of ensuring that our clients enjoy swift and reliable data transfer and communication capabilities while navigating the open sea.

Last September, three of our technical experts were dispatch to a client’s vessel docked at the Muara Port to deliver and establish the provision of 2Mbps/2Mbps internet connectivity, network infrastructure, and provision of the Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) Services and KU-Band Satellite Link within a span of one week.

The project includes the installation of iDirect modem, switch and dedicated router and other supporting system on board the vessel. The meticulous installation process was followed with comprehensive testing, guaranteeing that the vessel can connect seamlessly.

Our commitment to providing cutting-edge satcom solutions, coupled with our technical team’s proficiency, ensured that our client’s vessel is now equipped with a state-of-the-art KU-Band satcom services.
