Recent incident 01:
NOC received a call from a client at 4 am to report a VSAT issue and our team immediately dispatched two technicians to the site located within a 20-minute drive distance. At the site, the team checked every single component including physical cables to modem status and discovered that the BUC was defective.
At the same time, our team was informed the VSAT link was down due to satellite disruption. The BUC was then replaced the next day after the link recovered. Before leaving the site, our team once again made sure everything was in its correct position to ensure that the link is stable and operates normally without issues.
Recent incident 02:
Two NOC technicians were dispatched onsite to a client’s site to troubleshoot their equipment as one of their devices lost its network connections. The team follower their troubleshooting steps and procedures for their equipment, step-by-step. The team then rebooted one of their routers and made sure that there were no loose cables. Their network was restored a few minutes later. The network issue was successfully resolved within an hour.
