Another month of great work by our tech team! February has proven to be a busy month for them, conducting a wealth of deliveries and installations for a total of eight Ku-Band vessels.
These vessels are among those that have returned from their annual maintenance period, as well as those that have become new clients for NiAT services.
For current clients that has existing cables, re-installation of antenna and equipment, as well as re-commissioning the link for the vessels were accomplished in a single day. Meanwhile, our field team was able to commission the installation and configure the vessel’s RF and network components in less than a week for new clients who had no prior satellite connection.
With such tremendous workload, NiAT has increased more manpower for the field team to ensure that each scheduled VSAT installation is completed on time.
Despite their busy schedule, our team performed excellent service delivery, handling, and installation for all vessels. Aside from that, they also had the energy to send in some work photos throughout the whole month.
