GEO Connect Asia 2022

NiAT team visited the second edition of Geo Connect Asia 2022, Southeast Asia’s premier geospatial and location intelligence industry tradeshow and conference, held at the Marina Bay Sands Exhibition and Expo in Singapore.

The primary objective of the visit was to learn more about the latest geospatial innovations and to have the opportunity to discuss best practices with the geospatial industry experts.

These key players of the geospatial industry showcased their latest technologies and solutions which include surveying and monitoring equipment, sensors, satellite tracking, drones, and mapping systems, allowing NiAT team to engage and learn of the next wave of development in the industry.

The visit has provided the team with valuable insights on how to progress forward satellite remote sensing in environmental related professions internationally.

In the last few years, NiAT has attempted to increase public awareness of the potential of geospatial data and technologies through OBSERVE™ to push the development and application of space science and technology for the socioeconomic benefits of the nation.
