Out of Office Getaway: Miri Road Trip
Who knew that a two-day teambuilding trip in Miri would be so therapeutic!
Every year, NiAT organizes an engaging teambuilding event for its employees, but this year marks a first: our out-of-office activity took place in Miri.
Yeap…you read it right! We walked out of the daily office grind and get to de-stress together with a two-day trip to Miri, Sarawak. Thumbs up to our HR Team for their efforts in meticulously planning and organizing the fun road trip for us!
The trip totally psyched up all of us – we carpooled, stayed a night at the Pullman Miri Waterfront Hotel, enjoyed lunch and dinner together, life gossip updates, late night karaoke, and amongst all, we had FUN.
Whilst in Miri together, we dove into all sorts of bonding activities we had during our teambuilding games held at the hotel, allowing cross communications to flourish while stimulating an atmosphere where everyone felt welcome to participate and loosen up.
On our way back to Brunei, we left Miri with great memories and a fiery determination to achieve better! It was a trip never to be forgotten. Looking forward to another exciting Away Day next year. Thank you NiAT for taking us for an out-of-office getaway!
