From 4 to 5 March, NiAT staff took part in a team building exercise at Tutong Beach in Tutong District. The event, managed by K-MAS, was the perfect time to inspire and motivate the whole team!
The two-day exercise included presentations by each department, whereby good communication skills, clarity of goals, shared leadership, and a sense of accountability were practised throughout the event.
The team also took part in numerous fun activities, which tested everyone’s teamwork, boundaries, and propensity to learn.
And most of all, everyone had an amazing time!
