Three of Network Integrity Assurance Technologies (NIAT) Sdn. Bhd. field technicians has recently received training from its partner, Intellian, based in Singapore.
The three-days training program focused to the advanced Intellian v100nx and v80nx satellite communication systems and provided hands on experience in installing the systems, equipment configuration, maintenance, and advanced technical specification.
Furthermore, the they were taught how to the advance features of the systems, such as automatic beam switching, dual antenna operation, and compatibility with a wide range of satellite networks. The training also highlighted trouble shooting techniques as well as best practices to ensure maximum uptime and reliability which is crucial for operations in remote locations and challenging environments.
By the end of the training, they were equipped with the necessary skills to optimize these systems’ performance in various operational scenarios.
Completion of this training signifies a significant step forward for NIAT in enhancing its technical expertise and service capabilities. With the knowledge gained from this program, NIAT’s technician is now better equipped to provide high-quality support and solutions to clients requiring reliable satellite communication.

The objective of the training was to ensure that NIAT’s field engineers and trainees have the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding to successfully install, commission, and troubleshoot Intellian’s cutting-edge products to ensure its robust performance and adaptability in maritime and remote communication.
