In the months of July and August, NIAT’s technical team conducted product testing for one of its esteemed clients, carried out at its new warehouse facility located in Telisai.
The primary objective of this testing session was to simulate the bandwidth condition relevant to the client’s devices. It encompassed a comprehensive assessment of various performance aspects, including signal strength, data transmission speed, reliability, and the adaptability of the product to diverse scenarios.
Throughout the testing session, the team collaborated closely with the client to evaluate approximately 10 to 12 of their devices, which include Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) equipment, comprising modems, switches, and the clients’ peripherals. The team’s active involvement ensured that the link remained stable and reliable during the testing period.
The rigorous evaluation procedures serve to ascertain that the satellite connectivity aligns perfectly with the clients’ specific requirements, providing a resilient and reliable connection vital for maritime or remote operations.
