Last August 2023, a pair of our dedicated technicians embark on a journey to Singapore. Their mission: to execute a commissioning project and successfully install a Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) Ku-Band System for a client’s vessel stationed at a docking port in Singapore.
Before the deployment commenced, our technicians orchestrated and executed the deployment, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
As per the client’s request, the commissioning involved establishing 12/10 Mbps internet connectivity and backhaul connectivity at NIAT’s Telisai Earth Station (TES), setting up the network infrastructure including modem and network switch, and providing Telisai Teleport VSAT Services and KU-Band satellite link.
Impressively, the VSAT link was fully commissioned and established by the team within just one week, underscoring our proficiency in project management.
This deployment marks a significant milestone for NIAT, greatly expanding our presence in the region and enabling us to offer satellite communications services to a broader audience.
