Successful Trial of LEO Satcom

Network Integrity Assurance Technologies (NIAT) Sdn. Bhd. has been conducting numerous live testing and Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstration of the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite services for several of its key clients to verify its capabilities and overall performance – higher bandwidth, low latency, and faster connection.

All sessions involved comprehensive outdoor trials, assessing factors such as signal strength, latency, and data throughput to validate the competency of its connectivity capabilities. The tests employed flat-panel antenna with easy-to-install mount, which successfully acquired and tracked the LEO satellite and later maintain seamless end-to-end connectivity.

The proof-of-concept tests for the satellite’s efficiencies consistently proven higher transmission and faster communication speeds, reaching up to 200 Mbps – faster than the satellites in higher orbit. 

The onsite tests clearly validate a crucial milestone in NIAT’s pursuit of digital transformation through satellite communication.

Proven its potential and reliable connectivity, NIAT now look forward to adding another valuable solution for its customers communication operation needs and is currently working to introduce the next-generation satellite communication into the Brunei market soon
